Asking for Wife, Female, 22 years old, Egypt

My wife has been instructed to take Misoprostol by our doctor to terminate the pregnancy. We took the pills on the 4th of Sep and we are somehow experiencing some severe pain alongside inconsistent bleeding and she had once a slight fever. Is any of this normal since the pain doesn't go away except with ketorolac.

We took the 4 pills vaginally @9:00 PM on 4th of Sep then the same dosage 3 hours after @12:00 AM, till 03:00 AM no bleeding has ever occurred, so we took another 2 pills sublingually and shortly the bleeding started and the pregnancy has been passed. Over the course of the past week my wife has been experiencing severe pain that doesn't go except with strong pain killers such as Ketorolac, and yesterday the bleeding for the first time was at its highest when large tissue and clots has been passed to the size of a lemon then the bleeding gradually decreased, unlike the pain which is consistent.
