Talk to Gynecologist on Post Abortion No Periods
Asking for Self, Female, 34 years old, Karachi
Had an abortion in december and periods have still not returned. Only had initial bleeding when pregnancy was terminated. Have done pregnancy test too. Am not currently pregnant either. Plus ultrasound was also clear post the abortion procedure.. so what could the reason be for no periods?

- Dear it would be better if u would send me Detailed previous gynae ,obs ,medical ,surgical and Obstetrics history.
- have serum beta hcg to check Exactly your pregnancy status .
- have Complete treatment for any health issue u have.
-have daily walk Exercise and yoga.
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- may be hormonal imbalance if Pregnancy test Negative .
- if serum beta hcg xpcomes negative have Transvaginal scan and tab tab primolute N 10 mgs twice daily for 7 days and wait for bleeding for 2 wks .
- on day 2 of bleed do have tests ( progesterone, testosterone,fsh and Lh ,thyroid function test,insulin ,prolectin ) .
- Collect all reports and discuss here .

Please get yourself checked by gynaecologist. You need to get hormonal tests to see ovarian function and then medicines will be prescribed accordingly.
