Talk to Gynecologist on Post C-section Pain

Assalamoalekum, I had a c-section 5.5 months back. I have been experiencing an inflammation in the lower right abdomen, near my stitches. initially, this inflammation used to occur after a long tiring day, but recently, i experience jalan (inflammation) on the lower right side of my abdomen most of the time during the day. Please guide me what is it? and is it anything serious?

5 months are long enough time to develop any post operative complications. There doesn't seem any infective cause is there .if you are big and develop rash around area of scar then this might be fungal infection(intertrigo) .if it is abdominal pain on rt side rather local skin irritation best to consult some one for appropriate assessment .
