I’ve had my d&c on 2nd of November. I haven’t had any periods after d&c and went in for ultrasound and this is what the report says. What does it mean?

This ultrasound is normal. Wait for menses. If menses don’t start then see a gynaecologist. Sometimes during d and c bc of excessive curettage it can happen.
