i had episiotimy on 10-12-18 with twins. stitches have been dissolved but there is some red mass/ tissue type body at lower wall of vagaina as shown in pic.. it cause irritation with intercourse kindly guide with to do with this.

-can have infection, pain, bleeding, irritation.
-have some precautions like strict hygeine.
-soft comfortable undergarments.
-sitz baths in warm water recurrently in a day to reduce irritation.
-avoid cosmetics and products locally.
-have physiotherapy and perineal Exercises to have elasticity in local tissue.
-have warm baths and olive oil massage. - have tab doxycycline 100 mgs 12 hrly and tab metronidazole 400 mgs 8 hrly for 14 days.
-for pain can have tab ponstan 500 mgs 8 hrly.
