Talk to Gynecologist on Post Delivery 4 Degree Perinal Tear
Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Peshawar
I got last degree perineal tear during my baby birth but the tear reapair given to me on the same day got failed and all my stitches got opened again . It’s been 2.5 years the surgery is not done again as dr said it will recover but I have still fecal incontinence . And the most of drs said repair again is not sure to be successful again. Please guide on which dr is best and is there chance to live healthy life again

Ask a surgeon and go for another stitching. Make sure to follow precautions strictly. Take physiotherapy for pelvic floor rehab after it.

As I said I had a lot … it dint work unfortunately. Also drs say colostomy is the only way to heel it .. is it so? Further more drs said consult surgeon not gynecologist again … I m not sure why ? Please help
