Talk to Gynecologist on Post Delivery Menstruation

I am 30 yrs old female 5,8 height weighing 53...on Oct. 2025 I delivered a baby normally (episiotomy) with pre post no complications... Baby is totally on motherfeed ...he turned 11 months old now ..started solids and now feeds only at night approx 6 feeds ...

My menstruation started in july but that was just a brown discharge n light flow fr 3 days and ended up ...then in august (when baby was 10 months old)that last for 14 days with no contractions or pain normal bleed for 3.4 days then sometime more less spotting ended up Completely in 14 days...

Now after 20 days I am again seeing brown /sometime red spotting once or twice in 2,3 days (in same dates) ..

What should I do now ...should I give time to body n hormones to heal on its own or is there any need for proper medication???
