my mother having post-menopausal-bleeding since six months ago detail reports are attached ca 125 and paps smear test are normal but bleeding still given postan fort,cepspam and transamin for 10 days fresh ultra sound of perlvis attached which is done by zubairi. please advice what to do?
If your mother hasn't undergone Diagnostic DnC , she needs to undergo one to decide the future course of action.
In this procedure we will take sample from her uterine cavity and analyze it under microscope to know her exact cause of her bleeding.
