Asking For Someone else, Mother, Female, 60 Years old, Rawalpindi

Aoa, my mother is a high blood pressure patient, and takes Valum 10/160 for it, about a week ago her left hand’s “abductor digiti minimi” muscle was swollen as she woke up from night’s sleep and was also causing slight pain if touched. Upon seeing an orthopaedic she was given these medicines: 1. Etoricoxib 60mg, Mirogabalin 5mg. Two days later she experienced blood spotting for the first time since her menopause. We have submitted a sample for biopsy but till the report arrives, could someone please tell me if any of these medicines are reacting with each other or what could be the possible causes for the mentioned problems? Thanks
