Talk to Gynecologist on Post Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage on 10th oh June and I was 4 weeks pregnant. That bleeding was heavy in the first few days but gradually bleedingflow ruk gaya leikn discharge mein se blood ni gaya. Discharge was like old dark blood in the 3rd week. It only faded and never stopped. And on 5th July I started bleeding in a gush again. It was a lot of blood i couldn't feel until I went to washroom. I visited a doctor but I wasn't satisfied nd I couldn't take space out of my busy routine. Can anyone tell me why is it and what is it ??
