Talk to Gynecologist on Post Partum Pain

Hello FTM here, it's been 12 days since my vaginal delivery, at hospital I was told ill experience contractions pain when I'll breast feed the baby, but it didn't really happened or very less to notice , recently just yesterday i hand expressed milk and after tht i had severe cramps in lower abdomen, i couldn't hold my baby, those cramps went after 30 mins or so, next day i used electric pump n pumped almost 3 ounces in 5 to 10 mins, right after that i had such extreme crazy contraction pains in my lower abdomen I can't describe, i didnt even have this intensity of pain while delivering the baby. I lyed on bed, couldn't move, couldn't speak, couldn't stand, couldn't even breathe properly, just gasping in pain, it was excruciating pain. This pain stayed for almost an hour.. Also i have some burning while urination.

I want to know is this normal? What should I do?
