I just went through Caesarean section and it’s been 40 days now so can I do my house hold work like kneading sweeping and climbing stairs? Will they affect my stitches?

If every thing normal up till now then no,just avoid heavy lifting,u can do normal house hold work.Take balanced diet and do pelvic floor exercises

Better to avoid heavy work for 3 months,, climb stairs as necessary, kneading can be done. sweeping can be done while standing, not sitting on the floor

Aoa! If you are going to start all these on daily basis then definitely you will affect your stitches!! Take care of your stitches atleast for 3 months !this is time to take very healthy diet n proper rest! Start light household with posture modification not too much bending n weight lifting!
