Talk to Gynecologist on Postcoital Bleeding

Married for 1 month, had bleeding after 1st coitus for 2 to 3 days(bright red in colour, very mild in beginning and then in drops after every 4 to 5 hours). We waited for 1 week to give time for healing. Then after 2nd time, had an episode of slight bleeding (3 to 4 drops). Then after interval of 2 days, had again 1 to drops of blood. Then next time,there was no blood. 1 day later, 3 to 4 drops of blood were there. I'm quite worried about the fact that is it physiological or pathological. Will it heal on its own ? Or I've got to have some physical examination?
