Hello, i had normal vaginal delivery on 8 august. I got episiotomy, now the issue is still after 20 days i feel stiches(threads) and lochia is very smelly. Kindly tell me how much time it will take for episiotomy stiches to reabsorb?

No fever or pain just sometimes needle like sensation in vagina and smelly lochia. However i can still feel threads at the episiotomy region and im 4 weeks postpartum
