Talk to Gynecologist on Postpartum Bleeding

I am at 6 weeks postpartum and my postpartum bleeding stopped at week 4 suddenly since 5 days I am having uterine cramping along with the bright red spotting and sometimes soft tissue fragments I am worried because bleeding isn’t consistent with my pre pregnancy period flow is it retained product if conception something or is it normal ???I had an ultrasound also after 24 hours of delivery and it ruled out there were no RPOC

Less likely to be retained products once bleeding has stopped at one point. Take medicine to reduce flow and see pattern in coming months

Just dont take stress, if you are lactating you can have irregular bleeding spotting , if you dont want pregnancy follow contraception. Still if you are suspecting RPOCs get an ultrasound again .

No issue it is normal in post pregnancy. its not like periods .this will end in more 2 weeks .
but if it doesnot then get appointment and do ot use hormones .donot do inter course untill you are fully clear
