Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Gujranwala

AoA! I delivered baby on 2nd December 2018 through episiotomy. After that vaginal bleeding last for 50 days as it ended on 22nd January 2019. On 5th February 2019, vaginal bleeding started again. What is the reason behind this? Before conceiving my period cycle was 28 days and LMP was 10th March 2018. My baby is on motherfeed.
