Talk to Gynecologist on Postpartum Bleeding Not Stopping

I had my delivery via c section, I’m 54 days postpartum but the bleeding still hasn’t stopped, my dr has given me transamine capsule 500 mg thrice a day for 5 days but still not stopped. Now she’s telling me to take primolut n 5 mg thrice a day for 21 days which has extreme side effects and really messes up with the period cycle! I’ve taken this long time back to regulate the periods and when stopped it only ended up in heavy clots and painful periods. I’m exclusively breastfeeding and also have pcos so I’m scared if it will cause more problems with my cycle in the future! Pls help what should i do?
