Talk to Gynecologist on Postpartum Depression And Body Aches

It’s been 3.5 month to my delivery and am dealing with almost all the symptoms of postpartum depression and unable to bear it. I am also dealing with severe body aches specially my whole back hurts a lot and i find my self in distress and discomfort while i sit down and try to stand up sometimes feels imbalance and dizziness. This seems to be a non serious issue to my family members and even I don’t understand whether it is or not. Please guide.
