Its been almost 5 weeks to my delivery and I almost stop bleeding a week ago but since last two days I am getting this brown watery, foul smelling diacharge. Is it normal? I deliveree vaginally with episiotomy

-Dear it could be local infection or endometritis.
-have high vaginal swab, report symmptoms like fever, high grade temperature, any discharge from Epixiotomy then it should be checked and to sent in lab. U can have one local examination by gynae specialist locally.
-have one transvaginal scan to check any retained products inside Vagina to evaluate need of any urgent intervention.
-After hvs have tab Augemtin 625 mgs 8 hrly and tab flagyl 400, 8 hrly for 14 days.
-have Clotrimazole pessary on 3 alternate nights to expell infection out.
-collect swab and discuss here.
-have sitz baths with olive oil massage to speed up healing and to reduce local irritation.
-follow for and discuss local examination by gynae specialist locally first to Exclude any Complication or need of urgent intervention, have high vaginal swab to check infection and to send in lab and then if all normal can have sitz baths ND antibiotics and vaginal pessary.
