waleikum assalam, MashaaAllah Mubarak ho , although baby,s heart beat comes at 6 weeks and movement much earlier but in first pregancy mother felt between 20- 22 weeks and other pregnancies around 16 weeks , so don,t worry it is absolutly normal, ultrsound to be done between 20- 22 weeks for growth movements water placenta a d any abnormalty in the baby,it will reassure you.

walecum assalam.have u done ultrasound pelvis before. if ok then wait 1_2 weeks.may be u can't feel it . always lay down left lateral position.take good diet n juices and repeat scan
