I confirmed from marham platform Ferrocite 500 capsule is safe to start from 4th month. But it is not available can I use Iro plus in place of Ferrocite.?

It’s always good to consult a doctor before u take any meds especially in pregnancy. Uro plus is ok but it’s iron levels are low which may not meet your iron daily requirement in pregnancy. More so if your meals are low in iron.

Yes you can use Ferrocite! 1 capsule daily! And use 3 Date (Khajoor) in morning and 3 in evening! Add carrot and banana in your food! And keep taking supplements till the end of pregnancy! Ads any over the counter available Calcium supplements as well!
