after 3-4 weeks of delivery you can use stairs once or twice.
avoid heavy lifting and heavy household works, avoid sitting on floor, avoid constipation, increase water intake, good diet rich with fresh seasonal fruits, vegetables and high protein, do light walk 15 to 20 minutes after 2 weeks.
you can use maternity belt after 3-4 weeks
