I am mother of two, via sections and my son is about 11 months old. I am attaching my reports of CBC and hbA1c.. according to which I am prediabetic.. can you guide me further? Is there any solution for getting out of being prediabetic? any medicine required? I am much worried. Also Is my CbC report normal? plz guide

what are your current Fasting sugar levels? CBC is fine. HbA1c is in prediabetic range for that you need strict diet control along with daily walk atleast 30 minutes daily or some kind of physical activity, watch your weight if you BMI is more than 25 take it down to less than 25. usually prediabetic don't need medication just lifestyle modification is required to reverse.
