Talk to Gynecologist on Preg. 8th Month Start. Discharge With Smell And Pain In Stomach

AssalamuAlaikum, I (27F) am 31week pregnant, I am having pain in stomach/intestine (similar to gas) have to go to washroom for a 3 4 times a day but motions are normal but painful sometimes. Today I had a smelly discharge and burning sensation while urination. My doctor is not available for 2 days and I went to a hospital for consultation but MO refused and told me to go to my doctor. Please tell me what can I take to (home remedy, or light medicine) for 2 days so that I can control as much as possible before my doctor is here.
