Hi..im much worried plz ans me soon I hv been trying to conceive since 1 yr. Bt failed. Dr suggtestd me Ivf inj 5000. My LMP is 17 dec and i had ivf inj on 28 dec. I did preg test on 17 jan it was positive. I went to dr bt there was no sac on 17 jan. She took UPT it was also positve.she gave me folic acid tbltz. I again went to dr on 5th feb and there is still no sac bt only a cyst. Dr said me to come after 10 days. Im much worried what are the possibilities behind this?

-Dear I can understand urgency of Your issue.
-actually urine test detects hormone beta hcg that is causing test positive. U already had high dose of beta hcg injection.
-to check either its Pregnancy related hormonal increase or externally induced injectable, have serum Beta hcg twice with interval of 48 hrs .
-if it is showing more then 63%increase then there is chances of normal pregnancy other wise Emergency.
-have beta hcg two time with interval. Of 48 hrs and report.
-in case of any pain can report gynae Emergency any time.
-continue folic acid.
