Confedential# I am 31 weeks pregnant and I was initially using fefolvit and osnate D as my Hb at 27 week was 11.3 so I switch to ribifer F along with osnate D.. As most of pregnant ladies use multivitamins now I am worried.kindly suggest me some multivitamin along with rubifer F and onsate D.. Nothing to worry . Just recheck ur hb . If u r taking good diet u don’t need much multivitamin. If u wanna take than go for tab pregnovit once daily .

i think you should not be too stressed about this at this stage of pregnancy your HB is perfectly acceptable.No need for all this stuff as suggested above just have good diet .
