i am 8 months preganant. and i have acne all around my face and fingers. what should i do? i did not have acne in my entire life

it could b due to hormonal effect. keep your skin dry and of water and it will settle down after deliver
keep well hydrated by plenty intake of water. use clear soaps. avoid oily eatables. most probably this acne will resolve after delivery. but if u have more discomfort, consult dermatologist also
