take tablet panadol 2tablets 6hourly
have you done with ur antenatal booking checkup and ultrasound for dating ??
use voltaral gel for local application
get your pelvic scan and take tab folic acid daily
do ur earliest ultrasound pelvis,ointment for local application
just take Panadol in case of severe pain or any local application .backache is normal in pregnancy but if severe u have to rule out the cause by proper check up
do ultrasound for cervical length..i think u r using tab...folic acid...duphaston and panadol..also do bed rest
