from the 12th week of pregnancy, milk is leaking from breasts but from the 18th week the leaking milk excess and with pain in the breasts. ils this condition normal or should i consult my ob for this problem?

It can sometimes occur during pregnancy. Use good supportive breast pads and painkillers. But if breasts are tender and swollen then you need to visit your gynaecologist. Thanks
