abhi apko pregnancy about 11 weeks ki shout honi chahie thi ... heart beat about 6-7 weeks a jati hai .. agr abhi tk nh ai to mushkl hi lg rha hai growth ho further , May Allah bless you , you can wait till spontaneous bleed , in case fever ho to foran consult krain ... as it can lead to sepsis too.. in case pregnancy ends to fetus ne bahr ana hi ana hai ..uxe nh rok skte ..
