Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

I’m last lmp date is 13 june.i had done my pregnancy test on 15 July n that was positive but after 2 weeks dr told me that sac shows but heart beat was not seen and pregnancy is not gave me progesterone n HCG after 10 days yolk sac and fetal pole was present but cardiac activity was not it was two weeks behind gestational fetal pole is 4mm (Gestational age 6.1). N yesterday I had some watery brown discharge with a small black does it or should I have to wait more ?
