I was diagnosed with PCOS two years ago. For the past two years, my periods have been regular, arriving exactly on the predicted date. During my ovulation days, I experience all the typical symptoms of ovulation. However, for the past four months, I have not been able to conceive. I got married in November 2024, but I don't know why I haven't gotten pregnant despite having a regular menstrual cycle and ovulation.
