Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Karachi
Hello, I’m a 28-year-old pregnant woman, and this is my first pregnancy. As you know, Ramadan has started, so I would like to know if I can keep fasts or not. Also, please guide me on the dos and don’ts of early pregnancy. And should I avoid any food? I'll be attaching my Beta HCG and Ultrasound report in comments for your reference.
