Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

i m 12 weeks pregnant according to dr estimate the LMP is 5th of march.but according to the ultrasound report the dr said foetic body, heartbeat present but youre 11 weeks pregnant.while the size is 4.8cm dr recommended me to do another ultrasound from dr khalid and the reports said no foetic body, no heart beat and no cardiac movement with 4.2cm size is present...dr decided according to this report that you have to do DNC. what should i do now?
