Anteverted uterus, containing single gestational sac in the fundal region. Fetal pole and yolk sac is visualized however cardiac activity is not seen yet. CRL is 3.5 mm corresponding to gestational age of 6 weeks 0 days. No uterine / adnexal mass seen. Both ovaries are visualized and appear normal. No free fluid seen in the culdesac. Normal urinary bladder. Cervical length is 3.6 cm with closed internal os, This is ultrasound report results, kindly explain is it miscarriage or its ok
