There are multiple reasons for still birth. Most commonly its diabetes.
In first pregnancy woman may not feel movements till 20 weeks. Get detailed ultrasound from expert and consult your doctor.
still birth can be due many reasons...relax and get your anomaly scan done in which detailed fetal evaluation will be done...some times mother feels the movements late
