I am 30 weeks pregnant but 8 feel very less baby movements just after meals and not the other whole day..i am visiting doctor monthly..on ultrasound she said baby is fine then why movements are too less and some days no movements at all

keep a record if your baby’s movements. In the evening after taking some food, lie on your left side and record your baby’s movements. if it is less than 10 movements in 2 hrs , you need to consult. even record small movements

you need surveillance/monitoring for fetal wellbeing. doctor should have explained to you by now. after risk assessment you should have biophysical profile ie combination of CTG with ultrasound parameters

its baby choice... but there should be atleat 2 movement in 2 hours on concentrating on it ... more than are good

Just take left lateral position n eat something sweet n count baby movements without any mobile in your hands, maybe you are not noticing well, you can get a dopplers ultrasound , repeated complaint of reduced Fetal movements from mothers is a very common observation in patients who have complications later on, so change your doctor. Maybe the other dr takes it serious..
