Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

Hi I am here to ask a help. I have been marroed for three months. I had my perioda over one day before my rukhsati. I had intercourse from the very first day of wedding. But we used condom as my husband insisted to. I had bleeding issue for exact one month. And my periods got delayed for 10 days. Then after that i had spotting for one week after that i was ok and on 6th day again i had very normal periods. Then next month i got my periods 2 days delayed and now its on exact date. But after marriage i have heaviness in my hip area and cramps as well wgich were quite less or you can say not observable before marriage. I was expecting pregnancy this time. But now am quite anxious
