LMP is 3rd of june today is 13th of july still i have no periods also today i check from pt stick it is also shows negative result.Almost 10 days upwards from periods days What should i do now?

I didnt use any medicine but 3rd of june i have diagnosed with hydrosalpinx so dr suggested me afyer having periods you have to go for HSG test but no periods occur . Thats why i m worried

A negative urine pregnancy test is reassuring, but I would still advise you to get a serum β-hCG done to definitively exclude pregnancy. If it is negative, this delay is most likely due to a temporary hormonal imbalance or an anovulatory cycle and is not caused by hydrosalpinx. If your period does not start within the next 1–2 weeks then go for an ultrasound and hormonal evaluation.
