Following is my ultrasound report. Please guide me what is rectoplacental haematoma. Can it be a risk? I had a miscarriage in august.
U need strict bed rest . Pillow under hip and only go to the washroom ... take light foods so that constipation na ho . No heavy work or koi esa kam na kerain jis se pressure paray . There is a collection of blood jo keh ander he jama hugay ha . Hay to choti mgr ehtiyat zaruri ja . Yeah thek hujay gi Ager ap proper rest kerain gi . Iss ki wajha kuch bhi husakti ha . App apni medicines leti rahain .
these are very small size now but sometime these do increase which can be a risk for miscarriage what medicibes you are taking

Last month I had a TVS scan and after that I had spottings for a day.

- dear minor retroplacental clot could heal if pregnancy continues normal .
- have precautions like avoid stairs ,Exercise ,weight lift ,work ,sex for some time .
- Have regular antenatal follow ups and scan as well .
-Avoiding Precautions could lead to miscarriage .
- Continue to have multivitamin .

the size of retroplacantal hematoma is small,you just stay well hydrated,eat healthy diet,avoid strenuous work,take proper sleep.
what about your BP records?take tab ascard 75 mg daily.
last miscarriage at which month?
due to last miscarriage take tab duphastone 10 mg two times daily .
take folic acid for 2 weeks

I am taking ascard and duphastone too. Last miscarriage was in august. I have thyroid too.

hyperthyroid or hypothyroid?
u taking medication for that?
last TFT report?
keep your BP monitoring record two times a week atleast 4-6 readings

Hypothyroid. I am taking thyroxine for that. No TFT done. It was diagnosed by TSH during my antenatal tests. I have monitored my BP, the average is around 103/78 and pulse rate around 95.
