Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy 35 Weeks
Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Karachi
I want to ask that i m 35 weeks pregnant,dr prescribe me one tatnis injection,2 dose of injection Dexamethasone (repeat after 12 hours) and i am done with all injections. Now i got lil bit fever when i got first dose of Dexamethasone injection 9am and other dose at 9pm,now i eat one panadol at 11.53pm. Is it okay ?? Fever is normal after taking injection??

Some people may develop a low-grade fever in response to the tetanus vaccine. The fever usually subsides without intervention, or with Paracetamol ( Panadol ).
Fever after Dexamethasone injection is very rare. If fever persists, it could be due to weather change, fatigue or some infection. In such case you should visit your doctor.

question is how much fever u raised temperature aft taking inj TT has been reported but its also v rare...u shud also check ur self fr other associated ur attending OBG...

It was a slightly fever i got. But now i am okay but my heart beat is raising fast is that normal ?? Yesterday i checked my heart beat was 81 !! Is this normal or it effects due to my ASD surgery ??
