Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy
Asking For Self, Female 26, Lahore
I am 31 weeks pregnant Alhamdulilah. My h.b is in normal range i.e 11.3. I am taking Cac1000 and Iron one tablets also meiji mamilac one time a day. I asked my gynea to recommend me some multi vitamin too so she asked me to take fefol vit. Now I want to ask that will there be any problem in taking fefol vit along with my other supplements as it also contain iron. Is there any danger of overdose?

during pregnancy only iron and calcium supplements are need of extra dosage of iron can cause problems.

It's better to take one good supplement tht fulfils the need of iron and vitamins plus ibert folic 1 tab during meal and acc with other meal..
