I have vitaminD insufficiency,got to know through tests in september....i took osanate d tablet daily till the start of got pregnant I left taking any calcium or vit d i am 10+weeks gave CaC 1000 at the 6th week of pregnancy,but I took it for 10 days only,then left.. as I was afraid to use any medicine other than folic acid in first guide me is it safe to use CaC1000 in the first trimester?
