-dear do u had regular or irregular periods? If Irregular periods then we will go for ultrasound estemation for dates.
- Repeat scan for estenationof epected date of delivery, at preebt its 5 to 6 wks pregnancy.
-have detailed discussion on history with gynae.
-do have booking investigation and regular Antenatal visits and scans.
-observe symmptoms and discuss.

Its normal . Take folic acid once daily and then repeat scan after few weeks to check fetal heart beat

According to your lmp your gestational age is 6 weeks by tomorrow. No its nit ectopic according to the current scan. For heartburn u can take syp gaviscon once tbsp morning and evening

take only folic acid.
no calcium or any other supplements.
reaeat usg after 2 to 3 weeks.
