Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy
Asking for Self, Female, 23 years old, North Karachi
I am happily married since 1 year and since then we are trying for a baby but no good news up-till now my periods are also normal and regular and i have no medical history as well.. Can any doctor suggest any test to be done so we can find out a solution please. I am really worried and on the other hand this societal pressure is killing me inside!

What about your husband test if report is normal then don’t worry try this medicine cerophene tablet 50 mg one tablet twice daily for five days start it when you have second day of period and take it for 5 days then on the 10 th day of period take one injection IVFC intramuscular and after having that injection then have sex with husband any time don’t do sex during period when you are taking medicines do it after injection. If nit clear take an appointment from Marham at 9 pm your time and then I will explain it to you inshaAllah

I understand your concern. It’s totally valid to feel anxious but let me assure you that majority of the women conceive spontaneously within first two years .. however get a test for your husband ( following proper protocol and from some good centre ) . Are you aware of fertility days( with maximum chances of conception )?? If no then it’s better to have a talk about this so to get a detail idea of further management plan. Thank you

Yes i am totally aware of the ovulation days as i am following an app for that as well..
Moreover we didn’t went to any doctor uptill now so don’t have any idea about the test as well can you please recommend which test to be done ?

That’s very good of you. The test I m taking about is called husband semen analysis(HSA) needs an abstinence for atleast 3 but not more than 5 days . For yourself , take tab adfolic once daily .
