go for consultation ...have steroid cover ...and painkillers..take rest...Inshalaha you will b fine these may be false pains...jo aksar is time per hoti hain...take care of baby movements...pani xaida piyin..rest karin...if it will progress Inshalaha baby will be fine

Wsalam.Is your diet appropriate?If labs are normal,no need to worry.Just observe fetal movements carefully and your doctor may have guide you about signs of labour because within few days you approaching term.Best wishes for you and your family
