Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy And Abortion

I'm 23 years old and my last periods were on January 23rd, and after missing my periods my pregnancy test came positive on March 2nd. I was experiencing symptoms like lower abdominal pain, lower back pain, belly and stomach pain, feeling sleepy all the time, headache, nausea, leg pain, and cramps in the lower abdomen while coughing or sneezing. On March 2nd, I took Breeky pills (200mg) for abortion. I took 2 pills with water and inserted 2 pills vaginally. After 2-3 hours I experienced heavy bleeding and clots. Then, I took 2 more pills with water in the afternoon and 2 more at night, and 2 at next morning there are total 10 tablets. Today is the 3rd day and my symptoms now are feeling sleepy, occasional cramping in the lower abdomen and bleeding has reduced to spotting with clots similar to periods which only come out when I'm in the washroom (it's like brownish in color which is like at end of periods). Sometimes I feel nauseous. I'm wondering if the abortion process has completed or
