Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy And Allergy

Dear Docs, hope you are well. I am 36 weeks pregnant. I had few issues before pregnancy Allergic asthma Temperature change allergy. Allergic asthma is controlled in pregnancy. In second one, when ever my body temp changes, i got hives on all of my body like if got to hot room from cold place, or even laugh, anger, excitement emotions caused me these. Reason of this is still not recognized by docs. Now as per above, what mode of delivery would be suitable for me? Secondly, i am having loose motions. How to deal with them? My appointment with doc is on 18 nov. Loose motions and backache, pubic bone pain, are these signs of labor?
