okay if you have a cycle of 28 days then ovulation occurs at day 14 of cycle, could be one or two days before or after, so your fertile days are day 12 - day 18 of your cycle (specially 14), (day 1 is considered 1st day of your cycle) one should do on alternate days during these time frame because once egg is released, its only viable for 24-48 hrs.
