My wife is 2 weeks pregnant. Need to know if it is safe to breastfeed during pregnancy and if one can fast when breastfeeding while pregnant

yes its safe if woman can tolerate
yes it is safe but the mothers body will be in extreme stress if she is pregnant and breast feeds and fast at the same time. it’s better to opt for less burden on her health. She should take her pregnancy timings in routine and take good diet if she is breast feeding so better not to fast. hope this helps, stay home stay safe
